IRIS: Eight Traits of Highly Successful Advisors
Jefferson National’s CEO, Mitch Caplan, contributed an article entitled “Eight Traits of Highly Successful Advisors,” to the latest edition of IRIS.
In a recent Advisor Authority study of 535 RIAs and fee-based advisors, Jefferson National was able to examine the top issues that advisors care about the most. The eight traits Mr. Caplan lays out can help advisors of all sizes, and at every level of experience, learn more from the innovators of our industry, so they can navigate today’s changing landscape, build meaningful relationships with their clients, drive greater growth for their businesses, and ultimately create greater value.
According to Mr. Caplan, “The advisor industry continues to evolve as innovation disrupts the status quo.” What has worked in the past, may not be what works in the future. As the world gets more complex, the opportunity for advisors to provide holistic planning and guided advice continues to grow. The most successful advisors will be the ones that can keep up with the evolving industry.
