The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing new institutional client relationships and working closely with the Business Development, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure JNF’s institutional clients have an excellent customer experience. The Manager will work directly with these new clients to define processes and procedures while also working closely with the Client Services Manager to implement training. Other responsibilities will include managing projects and working with IT staff to define business requirements and project deliverables as well as assisting the product development team to implement new products and provide on-going training to the Operations team. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations.
The Senior Web Developer will be responsible for the development and implementation of web applications for Jefferson National’s internal and external clients. This position will also architect websites, design data-driven applications and find efficient client-server solutions. The candidate must have an in-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle and be able to communicate project status, issues and resolutions.
As a member of Jefferson National’s top-performing sales team, the Territory Consultant will be responsible for sales support of JNF’s groundbreaking investment platform. This will involve market research, lead qualification and relationship-building with RIAs and fee-based financial advisors. This is an outstanding opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated individual looking to start a career in financial services and wealth management. With provided experience and training, the Territory Consultant will be on a career track to becoming a Territory Manager.

The Marketing Manager will support Jefferson National’s external marketing efforts with key fee-based partners to develop marketing plans that drive awareness and usage of our platform and products. The Marketing Manager will manage online and traditional marketing programs including overall strategy, deployment of marketing campaigns, creative elements including copy writing, and content management through cross-functional teams of internal and external vendors. The Marketing Manager will also seek to cultivate deeper relationships with key partners and uncover opportunities for expanded reach with fee-based advisors.
