The Software Quality Assurance Tester (IT) will work closely with the Business Analysts/Project Managers, Software Developers, Project Sponsors, Stakeholders and Users to plan and execute testing efforts based on the project requirements and system design. This position will execute tests to ensure that all software enhancements meet or exceed functional design specifications and performance standards. The Tester will be responsible for identifying, documenting and reporting software defects. Additionally, this individual must be willing to assist with both the training for our internal users and our release implementations.
The Project Manager - Strategy will be responsible for assisting the Vice President, Project Engineer on various projects for the organization. This position will assist in all aspects of the project lifecycle from developing detailed plans, schedules and budgets to documenting and presenting final project results to upper management. The candidate must have an in-depth understanding of the project management process and be able to effectively communicate project status, issues and resolutions.
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing new institutional client relationships and working closely with the Business Development, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure JNF’s institutional clients have an excellent customer experience. The Manager will work directly with these new clients to define processes and procedures while also working closely with the Client Services Manager to implement training. Other responsibilities will include managing projects and working with IT staff to define business requirements and project deliverables as well as assisting the product development team to implement new products and provide on-going training to the Operations team. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations.
The Senior Web Developer will be responsible for the development and implementation of web applications for Jefferson National’s internal and external clients. This position will also architect websites, design data-driven applications and find efficient client-server solutions. The candidate must have an in-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle and be able to communicate project status, issues and resolutions.
As a member of Jefferson National’s top-performing sales team, the Territory Consultant will be responsible for sales support of JNF’s groundbreaking investment platform. This will involve market research, lead qualification and relationship-building with RIAs and fee-based financial advisors. This is an outstanding opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated individual looking to start a career in financial services and wealth management. With provided experience and training, the Territory Consultant will be on a career track to becoming a Territory Manager.
