- Katharine CoppolaTerritory Manager
Katharine Coppola is Territory Manager for Jefferson National, covering the states of Arizona, Alaska, Idaho, Illinois, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming. Ms. Coppola previously served as Branch Analyst at UBS Financial Services, where she worked with advisors to increase fee-based assets through financial planning, asset allocation analysis and mutual fund research. She holds her NASD/FINRA Series 7, 66 and CT Life Insurance License. Ms. Coppola received her B.S. in Business Management, with a minor in Political Science, from Southern Connecticut State University, where she also earned the University Leadership Award from the Office of the President and the Service Award from the Management and Information Systems Department. Ms. Coppola has also has served as a mentor and volunteer for InvestWrite, an innovative writing program sponsored by the SIFMA Foundation for Investor Education, to help promote financial literacy for youth.
- Jeremy CouchTerritory Manager
Jeremy Couch is Territory Manager for Jefferson National, serving advisors in Northern California. Prior to Jefferson National, Mr. Couch held a broad range of sales and management positions in the banking industry for nearly a decade, including consumer and commercial lending, and portfolio and investment management, at Fifth-Third Bank, PNC Bank and BB&T Bank. He also worked for 2 years in the non-profit arena, counseling small business owners at the Southeast Indiana Small Business Development Center, which was hosted by Purdue University, Indiana University and Ivy Tech Community College. In this role, he assisted in bringing in over $11 million in capital investment and helped over 50 businesses start in the Southern Indiana area in 2010 and 2011. Mr. Couch holds his FINRA Series 7 and 66, as well as his KY Life Insurance License. Mr. Couch earned his MBA at Bellarmine University and his B.A. in Business Administration from Hanover College. Strongly committed to education and community service, Mr. Couch is currently an adjunct instructor at Indiana University Southeast' with the School of Business, an instructor in the principles of small business through Community Action of Southern Indiana, as well as serving on the board of directors with the Kentucky Refugee Ministries.

Eric Douglas is Senior Territory Manager for Jefferson National, covering the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, Tennessee, and Utah. He was the company's number-one Territory Manager in assets for 2010. Prior to Jefferson National, Mr. Douglas was a Mortgage Professional for New Equity Financial, and an Account Executive for Kforce. He holds his NASD/FINRA Series 6 and 63, as well as his Life & Health Insurance License in numerous states. Mr. Douglas is a member of the Young Professionals Association of Louisville, and his commitment to his community includes helping raise money for YMCA's Spirit Campaign and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Mr. Douglas earned his MBA from Bellarmine University, where he also received his B.A. in Communications and English.
- Jon EstesTerritory Manager
Jon Estes is Territory Manager for Jefferson National, serving advisors in the states of New Mexico, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Oregon. Prior to Jefferson National, Mr. Estes served as Director of Operations for a non-profit organization based in Louisville, KY; Business Consultant for a global non-profit organization in North Africa; and as Financial Consultant for Wells Fargo Bank. He holds his NASD/FINRA Series 6 and 63, as well as his KY Life Insurance License. Mr. Estes earned his B.A. in English Rhetoric and Philosophy from Texas A&M University, where he was also awarded Phi Eta Sigma for superior scholastic achievement. Strongly committed to community service, Mr. Estes is actively involved in teaching financial education at local schools and non-profits. A skilled communicator, Mr. Estes has studied Spanish, French, Arabic, and Hebrew.

Sam Johnson is Territory Manager for Jefferson National, serving advisors in the state of Ohio. He holds his NASD/FINRA Series 6 and 63 designations and his KY, NV, and FL Life Insurance Licenses. Mr. Johnson earned his BA with Distinction in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina, where he was also a member of Sigma Nu. Committed to community service, Mr. Johnson is on the Board of Directors for "Wrap-Up America", a nationwide non-profit movement which leads charity blanket drives for homeless shelters.
- Aaron MajkaTerritory Manager
Aaron Majka is Territory Manager for Jefferson National, serving advisors in the states of Colorado, Georgia, Kentucky, and Nevada. Previously, he held the position of Internal Wholesaler with Sun Life Financial Distributors, serving advisors in the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Majka has also served in Annuity Operations with John Hancock Financial. He holds his NASD/FINRA Series 6 and 63, as well as his Life Insurance License. Mr. Majka earned his B.A. with a Major in Business Finance and Minor in Economics at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (formally known as North Adams State). His career as a professional soccer player included two seasons with the Western Mass Pioneers. Taking an active role in his community, Mr. Majka has served as a volunteer for United Way.

Jason Mazur is Territory Manager for Jefferson National, serving advisors in the states of Florida, Indiana, Virginia, and Wisconsin. With a decade of professional experience in Whole Life and Variable Life Insurance, Mr. Mazur most recently served in the position of Internal Wholesaler for Annuities with MassMutual. He holds his NASD/FINRA Series 6 and 63, as well as his MA State Life Producer License. Mr. Mazur earned his B.S. in Biology from Westfield State College.

Brandon Moody is Territory Manager for Jefferson National, serving advisors in the states of Connecticut, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Washington, and Washington, DC. Previously, he served as Licensed Financial Sales Consultant for PNC Bank, where he was awarded Top Sales Consultant in September 2009. Mr. Moody has also served as Sales Representative for MetLife Investors. He holds his NASD/FINRA Series 6 and 63, as well as his Life, Health and Variable Life licenses. A keen student of financial markets, Mr. Moody earned his Bachelors of Arts in Economics from the University of Kentucky.

Jonathan Poulis is Territory Manager for Jefferson National, where he serves advisors in the states of Delaware, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Oklahoma, and West Virginia. Previously he served as an Annuity Wholesaler for top companies such as Prudential Financial, MassMutual, and ING. Mr Poulis began his career the financial sector as a Financial Advisor for MassMutual. He holds his NASD/FINRA Series 6 and 63 and his Life & Health Insurance License. An avid student of the market, Mr. Poulis enjoys analyzing stock charts, and he earned his Associate Degree in Finance from Excelsior College.

Jeff Rancourt is Territory Manager for Jefferson National, where he serves advisors in Southern California and Maine. With a decade of experience in financial services, Mr. Rancourt most recently held the position of Regional Sales Director for MassMutual Financial Group, where he also earned the "MVP Internal Wholesaler of the Year" award in 2007. Mr. Rancourt holds his NASD/FINRA Series 6 and 63 as well as his Life & Health Insurance License. He is also a member of the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors. Committed to continuing his understanding of the markets to better serve his advisors, Mr. Rancourt holds the designation of Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor.

Joena Russell is Territory Manager for Jefferson National, serving advisors in the states of Alabama, Hawaii, Kansas, New York, Massachusetts, Mississippi, and Vermont. Previously, she served as Associate Vice President, Premier Client Manager, for Bank of America and as Financial Services Manager for People's United Bank. Ms. Russell holds her NASD/FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 and her Life Insurance License. She earned her BS in Finance from Southern Connecticut State University and has completed CFP Coursework through Quinnipiac University and the University of Northern Texas. Ms. Russell is committed to taking an active part in her community. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Hamden, where she is a Paul Harris Fellow, has been a Board Member since 2003, and has recently been named 2010-2011 Rotarian of the Year. In addition, she has been a member of the Hamden Chamber of Commerce since 1998. Dedicated to community service, Ms. Russell was awarded Volunteer of the Year's by the Hamden PTA, and she also volunteers for Junior Achievement and the United Way.

Cooper Sinclair is Territory Manager for Jefferson National, serving advisors in the state of Texas. Previously, his positions included Territory Manager at AEGON's Advisor Resources, West Region; and Internal Variable Annuity Wholesaler at Integrity Life, serving advisors in Southern California. Mr. Sinclair's professional experience also includes expertise as an annuity and insurance producer at Northwestern Mutual, where he was recipient of the Pacesetter First 40 Award. He holds his NASD/FINRA Series 7 and 66, and is a recipient of the Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC™) designation via InFRE (International Foundation for Retirement Education) and Texas Tech University. Mr. Sinclair earned his Bachelor of Arts from Hanover College, Hanover, IN. Strongly committed to philanthropy, Mr. Sinclair is a Member of the Board of Directors for the House of Ruth, an AIDS Charity serving the Louisville, KY region. With his wife Annie, he is proud father of four young boys.
